Finalists’ Signature Cocktails for the G’Vine Summer Ball

Queen Lavender by Pawel Rolka, Coq d’Argent, London

40 ml G Vine gin Floraison

10 ml Limoncello Sette vie

10 ml Lillet blanc

2 dashes Orange bitter

30 ml Reduced tonic water with lavender flowers

Shake and strain into a martini glass and garnish with a lemon zest and a lavender flower.
