Submit a Cocktail Recipe

1. I’m working on a 2nd edition of the Negroni Book, to be published in 2015 by 10-Speed Press.  All new negroni variations welcome.

2. I’m always looking for recipes for the next 101 Best New Cocktails book, an annual journal that’s released in June or July each year.  The drinks included in each year’s book are chosen by gaz and gaz alone, his decisions are incredibly subjective, and yes, pretty faces sometimes enter into the picture.  Live with it.  This is an ongoing search, and each year another 101 best new drinks will be announced.

3. I’m also on the lookout for new cocktails suitable for me to feature in my San Francisco Chronicle column, The Cocktailian.  Please know that 99.9-percent of these are created by working bartenders, but there have been the odd exceptions over the years, so go ahead, let me know about your drink, why doncha?
