The Havana

Brian Denenberg, Frenchie Wine Bistro, Boston, MA

Del Maguey Vida Single Village Mezcal, as rinse

2 oz (60 ml) Ron Dos Maderas 5+3 Rum

.5 oz (15 ml) Byrrh Grand Quinquina

3 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters

3 dashes Dale DeGroff’s Pimento Aromatic Bitters, as garnish

1 orange twist, as garnish

Rinse a rocks glass with mezcal. Stir over ice and strain into the glass. Add the garnishes.
