Shawn Gorga, Maxfield’s on Main, Boonton, NJ

“Who knew Irish whiskey could work with chile and pomegranates?” Shawn Gorga

2 oz (60 ml) Jameson Black Barrel Irish Whiskey

.75 oz (22.5 ml) PAMA

.5 oz (15 ml) Ancho Reyes Ancho Chile Liqueur

1 lime wedge, as garnish

Moletto Prosecco, to top

Stir over ice and strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Squeeze the lime wedge and add as garnish, then top with prosecco.
