Sunrise over the Spey

Colin Stevens, Top of the Standard, New York, NY

1.25 oz (37.5 ml) Speyburn Scotch Whisky

.75 oz (22.5 ml) Dolin Vermouth Blanc

.25 oz (7.5 ml) Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur

1 drop Bittermens ‘Elemakule Tiki® Bitters

1 lemon twist, as garnish

Stir over ice, and strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass. Squeeze the twist over the drink and add as garnish.
