It’s Nutty

Chelsea Harris, Pizzeria Verita, Burlington, VT

1.5 oz (45 ml) Gran Duque D’Alba Brandy de Jerez

.25 oz (7.5 ml) Lazzaroni Amaretto

.25 oz (7.5 ml) Fee Brothers Orgeat Syrup

.75 oz (22.5 ml) fresh lemon juice

.25 oz (7.5 ml) maple syrup

1 barspoon Marie Brizard Apry

1 lemon twist, as garnish

Shake over ice, and strain into a chilled collins glass over fresh ice. Add the garnish.
