Del Maguey Vida Single Village Mezcal, as rinse

1.5 oz (45 ml) HKB Hong Kong Baijiu

.5 oz (15 ml) La Quintinye Vermouth Royal Dry Vermouth

.5 oz (15 ml) Don Zoilo Manzanilla Sherry

2 dashes salt

1 dash black pepper

1 lemon twist, as garnish

Rinse a chilled cocktail glass with the mezcal. Stir remaining ingredients over ice, strain into the glass, and add the garnish.
