Tarcisio Costa, Mussels and Sausages, Astoria, NY

2 oz (60 ml) Ransom Old Tom Gin

.5 oz (15 ml) Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao

1 oz (30 ml) The American Juice Company’s Harriet Peacher Stowe

2 drops Bitter Truth’s Jerry Thomas Own Decanter Bitters

1 mint sprig, as garnish

Shake over ice, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Smack the mint and add as garnish.
