“No drink is as subtle as a Gin Martini. Wanted to make one more subtly complex.”

2 oz (60 ml) Tanqueray London Dry Gin, infused for 1 hour with 1.5 sage leaves

.5 oz (15 ml) Chase English Oak Smoked Vodka

.5 oz (15 ml) Carpano Dry Vermouth

Stir over ice, and strain into a chilled coupe. Add the garnish.
