“I went through several variations of this drink. The sherry and dry vermouth and the Jäger give it weight. All the flavors seem to bring out the flavor of the Rock & Rye.”

1.5 oz (45 ml) Mister Katz’s Rock & Rye

.5 oz (15 ml) La Quintinye Vermouth Royal Dry Vermouth

.5 oz (15 ml) Don Zoilo Manzanilla Sherry

.5 oz (15 ml) Jägermeister

2 dashes Dr. Adam Elmegirab’s Orinoco bitters

2 dashes Dale DeGroff’s Pimento Aromatic Bitters

1 flamed orange twist

Stir over ice, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Discard the twist after flaming.
