3 cucumber slices and a pinch of salt!
1 oz (30 ml) Del Maguey Vida Single Village Mezcal
.75 oz (22.5 ml) Suze
.5 oz (15 ml) Eli Mason Demerarra Syrup
.25 oz (7.5 ml) fresh grapefruit juice
1 cucumber slice, as garnish
Grated cinnamon, as garnish
Muddle the cucumber slices and salt in a shaker. Add remaining ingredients. Shake over ice, and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Add the garnishes.
