Kayla’s Squirt

Anthony Finotti, The Mandarin Hide, St Petersburg, FL

1.5 oz (45 ml) Tanqueray London Dry Gin

.5 oz (15 ml) PAMA

.5 oz (15 ml) Chambord

.75 oz (22.5 ml) fresh lemon juice

Moletto Prosecco, to top

1 lemon twist, as garnish

Shake over ice, and strain into a chilled flute. Top with prosecco. Squeeze the twist over the drink and add as garnish.
