Gordon’s Brunch

Seanan Forbes, Middle Branch, New York, NY

“A riff on Sasha Petraske’s Gordon’s Breakfast.”

4 lime eighths

5 cucumber slices

5 thin red bell pepper slices

2 oz (60 ml) Tanqueray No. TEN Gin

.25 oz (7.5 ml) Eli Mason Demerarra Syrup

Salt, freshly ground pepper, and dill, as garnish

Muddle the lime, cucumber, and bell pepper in a double-rocks glass. Add remaining ingredients and shake with cracked ice. Add the garnishes.
