“Thought Baijiu and amaretto shared a strange affinity.”

2 oz (60 ml) Lazzaroni Amaretto

1 oz (30 ml) HKB Hong Kong Baijiu

1 oz (30 ml) fresh lemon juice

1 egg white

.25 oz (7.5 ml) Campari

.25 oz (7.5 ml) Eli Mason Demerarra Syrup

1 dash Regan’s Orange Bitters No. 6

Dry-shake, then add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled rocks glass.
