“I love taking spirits from different parts of the world and blending them into cocktails. Somehow the spices of the Jäger in combination with the cinnamon tie this all together.”

1.5 oz (45 ml) Tanqueray No. TEN Gin

.5 oz (15 ml) Jägermeister

.5 oz (15 ml) fresh lime juice

.5 oz (15 ml) fresh grapefruit juice

.5 teaspoon grated cinnamon

.5 oz (15 ml) Ron Zacapa Centenario Sistema Solera 23 Rum, as float

1 grapefruit twist, as garnish

2 mint leaves, as garnish

Shake over ice, and strain into a collins glass over crushed ice. Float the rum on top. Squeeze the twist over the drink and add as garnish. Slap the mint and add as garnish.
