Dmitry Sabo, Mussels and Sausages, Astoria, NY

1.5 oz (45 ml) Tanqueray No. TEN Gin

1 oz (30 ml) Solerno Blood Orange Liqueur

1 oz (30 ml) pineapple juice

1 splash Eli Mason Gomme Syrup

1 splash fresh lime juice

1 mint sprig, as garnish

Shake over ice, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Add the garnish.
