Blind Spot

Danny Whelan, Kelvingrove Café, Glasgow, Scotland, UK

Blind-Spot40 ml (1.35 oz) rye genever (Danny uses Zuidam Rogge)

25 ml (.8 oz) fresh lime juice

20 ml (.66 oz) pineapple syrup

10 ml (.33 oz) Orange Colombo

3 dashes Dead Rabbit Orinoco bitters

1 pineapple leaf, as garnish

Shake over ice and strain through Hawthorne and tea strainers into a chilled, elegant stemmed glass. Add the garnish.
