4 red grapes
15 ml (.5 oz) fresh lemon juice
15 ml (.5 oz) simple syrup
30 ml (1 oz) La Diablada pisco
90 ml (3 oz) rosé champagne
Muddle the grapes in a mixing glass. Add ice and the remaining ingredients except champagne. Shake and strain into a chilled champagne flute. Top with champagne.
