40 ml G’Vine Nouaison
10 ml Apricot Eau De Vie
20 ml White grapefruit juice
10 ml chamomile and nutmeg infused honey water
A dash of egg white
2 dashes Bittermen’s Boston Bittahs
Dry shake, then shake with ice and fine strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with grapefruit zests and chamomile flowers.
