gaz sez: Payman’s a real geek when it comes to ingredients, and this was the tamest recipe he submitted this year. This spicy dram comes together beautifully. The Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao strides out nicely with the Averno in this one. Nicely done, Payman.
